Reagan in the City

Closeup portrait of a beautiful brunette on a city sidewalk

Model Reagan came out to one of my Chicago boudoir marathons, and we made quite a number of awesome images. After completing our boudoir session in the hotel suite, Reagan donned a super cute short London Fog trench coat over her last lingerie set. We headed out into the streets to make some street-style glamour images of Reagan in the city.

Awesome Chicago makeup artist Damariz Vega did Reagan’s makeup on this day. Her boudoir makeup work is exquisite. Damariz also accompanied us outside for on-location touchups and traffic management. Thanks to both Reagan and Damariz for their outstanding work.

On this outing, I wanted to create both color images for this street-style fashion set, as well as some black-and-white photos. The camera I was shooting this day features an imaging sensor that creates lovely organic colors. I was after this color profile for these photos. But the camera also makes wonderfully contrasty, moody black-and-white conversions. So I shot additional images intending to also create a B&W gallery.

First, some color images:

Next, some B&W photographs from the session (some are the same photo as color images above, just converted – but there are also some additional poses):

For the photographers reading: I created the photos in this gallery with a Leica M Typ 240 camera, and the Leica-M 50mm f/1.4 ASPH lens. We were working in a fast editorial “street style” fashion, so lighting was available-light only.
